any idea of how many mls are in a cup please

If you will google ml to cups a conversion tool will appear. Just change to cup to whatever type of cup that you are converting to...such as US...Imperial0

Of course, but if she is using a US vs and UK recipe, the amount of fluid necessary will change.
A US recipe requires 237 ml of fluid and a UK/Aussie recipe requires 250 ml.
Same with TBSP. A US TBSP is 15 ml (3 tsp) and an Aussie is 20 ml (4 tsp).0 -
I do not understand why a million people are asking this. Google it. The very first thing that pops up is a converter! It's easier than posting to MFP....0
