Sure you can!
I didn't think I could either but after two 1/2 weeks it's really a lot easier than I ever thought it would be.
I had to change what I ate and how I cooked it.
I've never stopped eating or any of my bad eating habits until when I found this app and now I've just made my mind up I can do it.
Count every calorie you put in everything you put in your mouth.
I set a goal of 1200 calories a day despite what they suggested.
I eat lots of vegetables and very little beef.
Get a scale so you'll know how many ounces of meat your eating, ect.
You can if I can. Anyone can! I had awful eating habits. I can cook like Paula Deen. Did it every day and piled on the holidays.
I'm so dang happy with my results I can't imagine stopping now.
You can do it too!!!0 -

I used to be fat. Now, not so much.
Is someone force-feeding you? If not, then yes, you CAN stop eating.0 -

Food... Drool.... I'm already dreaming about my hot wing splurge tonight and it's still 10 hours away! I totally feel you I'm on 1200 calories here and thinking about gnawing on my arm.. It's protein right? Stay strong and know you're not alone! You can do this! Hugs0

Hi IDM562..me too! I am wayyyy fat! But you know what, we're all here together and we can do this! I started Monday, down 3.5 pounds (yeah, I know, not normally the case), but hell I'll take the water loss My family actually was talking about my fat behind my back over the holidays, so I knew it was time. I also had a terrible thought...if someone passed away in my family, would I want everyone to see me this way? NOPE. It helps me keep the bad things out and put the good things in. I also know this week is going to be the hardest, but it will be smooth sailing after. And I'm giving myself one "eat whatever I want" cheat day a week. I'm sure as the pounds come off I'll cheat less, but knowing I have that day to eat or drink keeps me going! So double chin up, and do your thing. We can do this! Lets keep chatting okay? Send me an email if you want - scapo@yahoo.com. Have a great day!0
