hi, i'm trying to lose fat so apparently my bmr is 1300 so im eating 1350 calories (aiming for anyway) and my suggested carbs, protein and fat is 30/40/30 so roughly 100/130/50.
But i can't seem to eat enough protein and i have leftover calories, protein and fat a day but too many carbs, even when i cut out high carb foods?
Should i change my macros or does anyone have any meal ideas or anything???
Thankyou :)

Are you a serious bodybuilder or something? If not, then you can relax on the protein. And 100g of carbs is on the low side. It's perfectly fine to go higher than that. #1 concern is staying in a calorie deficit. Your chances of weight loss success are much higher if you're happy with your food choices.

Oh okay that sounds easier, should i up my carbs rather than protein?
    Thankyou for the reply!

Protein can help with satiety if you are feeling hungry as those are really low calories. I like adding egg whites to whole eggs, chicken breast, ground turkey, lean beef, protein powder, greek yogurt, etc. I actually have trouble not going over protein. Like Workhardtogethard said, unless you're trying to body build, that much protein is not necessary, and adding a few more carbs will probably help with energy levels and adherence.
