Anyone using Herbalife to help them with their diet??

Nope. You might as well throw your money in the toilet and flush.
Seriously, if you want shakes, buy some high quality ones. Otherwise, totally unnecessary.

I've done it in the past and once I start making some money as I just started a new job I plan on getting back on it as well. I lost 50 pounds in 8 months using Herbalife. When you think about it yes it's expensive at first but if you're replacing two meals a day with shakes and you do the math that's only about a $1.20 to $1.80 per meal. You easily spend $5 + on a meal if you get it at fast food or even if you prepare it at home. So it may seem like a waste of money but if you do it the right way and only do the two meals with the replacement shake and one actual meal with snacks in between you could eat a whole day for about ten bucks. Also look for websites where you can order herbal life straight from the factory or warehouse as you can save about 8 bucks per canister. I was getting mine for I believe $23 a can and that last for 2 weeks. Good luck0
