Insanity Day 30 Results!

I am a little shy about posting here, but I don't see a lot of Insanity posts and I know it really helped me to see other's results when I was first starting. So I hope to return the favor! :) I actually gained 5 pounds but I feel more 'built' in my lower half and core--I recommend everyone doing the program to take lots of pictures to track your progress rather than relying on the scale. The pictures are from day 1 to day 30ish (I did all the workouts but added extra recovery days when I felt I needed them) and I am currently on week 1 of month 2. I have not followed the eating plan save for increasing my protein intake. I would love to see anyone else's results so if you have photos feel free to post them here too! :)

    Thanks for sharing your results, you look healthier and stronger. I'm looking to do this program in the future, so it's motivating to see how others have added on muscle mass.

    I just finished day 6 today! thanks for sharing. You have some great curves coming in! Who needs brazil butt lift when you can just do insanity. All those power squats seem to be paying off for you!
