Help... Looking for low carb/fat high protein meals
Hi there I've been doing pretty good with cooking for my family and for myself however I work 9 hours a day Monday through Friday. I'm looking for some quick recipes or some easy crock pot recipes that would incorporate my diet. I have been doing low carb and low fat while keeping my protein high. Usually I do white meat like chicken lean cuts of pork and maybe once a week a red meat. If I do carbs is very low carbs and of course whole wheat or very low carbs. I try to stay away from sugar is as well but I will use certain artificial sweeteners like Splenda yes I know it's not great for you but it's what I use. If anybody has some quick healthy ideas for some great crock pot recipes please comment below. I'm looking to lose about 60 pounds before September and I have lost 15 so far. Feel free to friend me as I'm also looking for some motivation and support. Have a wonderful day and a great new year.

Crockpot Chicken Fajitas: 2-3 lbs chicken breast, 1 onion, 3 bell peppers (one red, yellow, green), 1c low sodium chicken broth, 1/2 c fresh salsa, low sodium fajita seasoning. Cook it on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 or until you can pull apart the chicken easily. Make sure to layer veggies on bottom and chicken on top! You can put it on whole wheat tortillas, over brown rice, or eat it on its own! Pinterest has a ton of great crockpot recipes too!0
