11 days until the 4th of July!

So, I have noticed that many of us have "fallen off the wagon,"
as far as eating right is concerned lately. I am guilty as well. I'm challenging myself to at minimum stay with my caloric requirements and exercising daily for the next 11 days until the FOURTH OF JULY-- AKA Bathing Suit central.
I have never done, nor created a "challenge" before, so his should be interesting! I will check in everyday, maybe sometime more than once. This will include venting of emotions, food choices and exercise activities....

Well, I have done pretty well today--by default. We went to see a taping of a LIVE TV show and we weren't allowed to eat inside. So I snuck in protein bars/snacks and haven't really eaten a "real meal" yet today! Will go workout now.... :bigsmile:0

I burned soo many calories today and I'm not even tired! Interval workouts are the best Also cleaning really burns calories. I read recently that a clean house keeps stress down for some women, and I totally think I am one of them. I am going to sleep well tonight!
Now if only this self tanner "firmer" stuff would actually "firm"..... BC the tan part is certainly working.
