I've lost 10 pounds in 10 days, is that normal for beginner ??

When I started My weight was 360 that was on January 13th ten days later I'm at 350, I'm eating about 2200 calories a day and I'm doing Mark Rippetoe's "starting strength" program also very light cardio like walking the dog for 20 mins every other day. But still I am having hard time believing that I lost 10 pounds of fat. Pls help!!

At your size it's not unusual.
Whenever you first cut calories you have a big water whoosh. The higher your start weight the bigger the loss. It will slow down after a few weeks (2-4 weeks likely. ) Best of luck to you0 -
Water, plus you have a higher starting weight than many.
If you are eating like you should I wouldn't worry.
Also, this isn't too crazy for a man...see off season football players/spring training.

You don't need help
It will slow down and over 6-8 weeks your average will be closer to a "normal" healthy weight loss
