Ok i am strong as hell on lower body bud when it comes to upper i am not good. Any advice how to lift and add weight so it's working all to the perfect building

Follow a progressive lifting program. Women tend to have proportionately more muscle mass on their lower bodies. It's normal/common to be stronger there. Following a solid lifting plan is the key to building strength. Here are a few options.
