    I have always been the big girl and I am tired of feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally terrible. I've been trying to lose weight for a couple of years now and I lose and gain back. I am done with fad diets and I am doing plain 'ol eating right and exercising. I have a long journey ahead of me and can always use more motivation! Feel free to add me.
