How do you relieve DOMS?

    a warm bath and cold compress helps me....you have to work through it. maybe let them rest a day or two but keep at it! keep up the good work!

    Day of rest with light walking. Warm bath. Then squat thru it.

    I would go for a run. Then soak in an Epsom salt bath.

    Actually.... nothing really gets rid of it other than time.

    You can take some ibuprofen or another pain reliever or do some light walking/exercise. After 72 hours you should be feeling much better. After you start working out consistently you will experience doms less frequently.

    This. Staying in motion really does help, as it's easier to stay moving than to start moving.
