So my 7 year old niece saw a photo of me at her christening 7 years ago and asked what happened? I.e. why am I so overweight now when I looked good then.

That's just one humiliating incident of many. But ego aside, I really worry about my health. My bmi is 33: "obese". I calculated that to get it down to 29.7 and therefore just "overweight" i need to lose 16 lbs. It might not sound much but that's my starting goal. The real goal is to get my bmi below 25 so I'm in the "normal" category. But that's 44 lbs away! I guess if I lost a lb a week I could do it by end of year.

BUT: I work long hours and stress is what gets me - that's when I comfort eat. I work in an office so it's difficult to find the time to exercise.

I hope support and motivation from my fitness pal will help me. I'm looking forward to goal one right now: 16 lbs to go to get out of the "obese" bmi classification. My goal is to do this by Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016. Support me and wish me strength and willpower!

You can do this. The accountability here helped me lose over 100 lbs. Add me if you need a friend.
