Pushing past the last 10-20 lbs?

I'm 4'11 and lost over 30 lbs (pre mfp and then last year the rest on mfp). Although they say weight loss isn't linear, last year it truly was at exactly .5 lb loss every week for months. I was weighing logging my food. Exercising and saving a little bit for special occasions. Finding ways to make my eating budget work for me.

Then it all stopped. I've been stuck for 4 months hovering around 122-124 lbs. I'm still not happy with my body and think at my height I need to lose at least another 10 lbs.

Although nothing changed, and I've continued to log a 250 deficit every day, clearly I'm off and actually eating around maintenance.

This must be the point where I need to tighten up my logging but it's new territory and I'm not sure how. I have to estimate at restaurants or someone else's house, but that's usually only once a week (save recent vacations and holidays). So I guess I need to just focus on the majority of the week (I do cook and eat at home almost all week long). It must be little things like a few bites off my kids' plate (I log it but it's a guess). I hate that I spend energy prelogging, meal planning, weighing/measuring and exercising just to somehow cancel out any deficit with some seemingly minor mistakes.

It probably most Importantly means a mental shift: only eating what I prelog and not a bite or taste more.

Is there anything else I'm not thinking of?

What if you keep your calories the same and try adding an extra long walk or 30 minute workout?

Why not adjust your calories down? Losing 30lbs is a lot. You probably need to recalculate your tdee based on your new weight.

Alternatively, you can reverse diet to bring up your calories higher then cut from there. Check out themacroezperiment blog

Essentially exercise more but don't eat the added calories back? I've added more exercise but then I eat some back. Maybe eating less exercise calories back would help. Thank you.

I recalculated after each loss. Mfp gives me 1200 for less than .5 lb (it's only a 240 deficit because mfp won't go lower than 1200). I aim to eat around 1400 by exercising.
