New here and looking for folks on The Plan

Hi everyone.
I am new here and have been doing The Plan food plan for 2 weeks and would love to talk to people trying this out too. I am 60 as of May 6 and have had a terrible time losing weight. Sore joints, slow moving, and lots of other symptoms. When I read the Plan I was sure they were talking about me.

Anyway, after following for 9 days, all pain gone and 8 pounds lost! Without "trying" so I am sold. On day 10 I added white bread and all symptoms came back and I went up 2 pounds. Unbelievable. So, back to a "safe day" and weight back down and pain gone again. So, now I am in the testing phase and am starting to add more foods.
