Does anyone know how to add dvd workouts?

If you're not using some sort of HRM like a Fitbit then you need to find the closest activity to the type of workout DVD. For example a lot of people log DVDs like 30 Day Shred or six week 6 pack as circuit training.0

Totally depends on what you're doing. There are options for low or high impact cardio, yoga, Pilates, etc. I do a lot of HIIT style workouts that I log as circuit training.0

I use dvd's a lot and you can 'create an exercise' on the app so I do that and have each dvd logged under the right name and use a HRM so I know hiw many cals burnt.0
