I have been on MFP off and on for at least the last three years.

Recently I started the 21 day fix thru BeachBody and I really enjoy learning about portion control vs just counting the calories.

BUT, I know that it is important to keep track of your foods and still want that support from the MFP community -- so I am adjusting my diary to match my 21 day fix meals and trackng weightloss.
