I have learned to eat my favorite foods ( AKA piss stained mattresses/ unhealthy foods ) in moderation. I have lost 30lbs, including a surprising 5lbs this week. I don't want to stop being this motivated! Let's work together to accomplish our goals? We can share tips & tricks. Maybe we can swap recipes and ideas?
