I notice you mentioned you take your measurements, too. That's a better gauge than relying on scale alone- Scales see everything- water weight, muscle gain, unpassed bm's- basically everything in your body. The measuring tape just sees what's there on the surface.0 -
I don't eat back my exercise calories. If I did eat more my progress would be even slower and I already don't like how slow it is.
Remember the numbers you are given are net calories and exercise isn't included. Exercise calories are meant to be eaten back, or at least some of them. It is much better to lose weight more slowly in a healthy way. You will be much more likely to keep them off.0
