I used to make souped up Kraft Macaroni & Cheese for my son with chunks of steak and extra shredded cheese. It was very popular with him and his friends.
So I had a craving for comfort food today and pulled a Lean Cuisine Macaroni & Cheese out of the freezer, added 2 ounces of marinated pork tenderloin, and a tablespoon of shaved parmesan and created a decent version of souped up mac & cheese that came in at 359 calories.
