Just read an awesome article about How to Set Exercise Goals by Coach Steve - blog section Mindfulness January 5, 2015.
Initially this article didn't grab my attention but, it contains amazing insight for those of us who have tried, attained, failed and are starting again!! My take away was identifying my personal BHAG(big hairy audacious goal) and breaking it down. One step forward creates momentum and as the author states "ALL THAT MATTERS IS MOMENTUM" This was just too awesome not to share. Health, Happiness, & Blessings to you all on your journey
