So I measured myself today and found out I was completely off on my height, which would put my calories up by like 100 or more. BUT my current calories are making me loose the 1 pound each week without a problem. Is it ok to stick with the calorie deficit I have right now? ALSO when I updated my profile my calorie defecit went from 1650 to 1600 for the hight I put. Should I stick with the 1600?

Give or take 100 calories, if it is working for you stay with it! This is all an educated guess anyway. A WELL educated guess but an estimate all the same.0

Ok I will stick with it. I don't want to up my calories, it is working for me now. But how about the program. It changed my calories to 1600 when I was messing with it. It was 1650. Should I just stick with the 1650 or move to 1600. I know the program puts calories down when you loose so much.0
