    Hi Kristine! I'm lifting and doing strength based routines 5 days a week. I began just this week but am loving it already. I'm tragically overweight and eating at a deficit, knowing that CICO is the only real weigh to shed pounds. However, the workouts are so empowering, they will help me maintain the muscle I have and are doing wonders for my energy and attitude already. I'm always happy to add an accountability buddy.
