So my weekly exercise is as follows
Tuesday - Les Mills Body Pump (1 hour class)
Wednesday - Netball (2 hour class)
Thursday - Gym= stationary bike/rowing/cross trainer
Saturday - Les Mills Body Combat (1 hour class)
will the Moov actually pick up any data from the gym due to me not being outside to use GPS.
Will it pick up on the les mills classes?

Moov isn't good for those situations. It is designed more as a coach than tracker. You'll get burn estimates for activity but they be similar to any pedometer metrics.
It can coach cycling but they removed that for indoor cycling with no explanation.0
