Do I have to hit my daily calorie intake everyday?

My calorie intake is 1200 but some days I don't feel that hungry so I don't eat all my calories, will I still lose weight?

With a calorie goal that low you really should try to hit it. An occasional under day won't hurt but I wouldn't make it a habit.

Yes, you will lose weight even faster in fact, but that will end up being a bad thing for you in the long run. In all honesty, I don't know your stats, but you should probably be consuming more than 1200 calories a day anyway...

1200 is MFP's lowest default minimum. So for nutritional needs you might modify food choices if you are too full to eat 1200.

Look to add calorie dense foods: nuts, nut butters, olive oil, eggs, avocado, cheese. Small portions - more calories. You might dump "diet" and fat free foods.

Losing weight quickly can sacrifice more existing lean muscle than you mean to. Lowering body fat percentage is healthy weight loss.
