Some days a week my lunch is a whole cup of uncooked bulgur. So do you think that one cup is a large amount to be eaten at one meal for a person of 53 kgs ?

@farahfattal2 That's about 370 calories. Your looking at all this the wrong way. Eat what you want, when you want and stick to your calorie goal. Doesn't matter if your goal is to lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight, just stick to your calorie goal. Giving us your weight is really irrelevant in this case unless you have a more specific question.0
