First time woman weight lifters

Hi I just started weight lifting at the gym anyone wanna join me in my journey. I'm a mom with a big goal. Lost most of the weight I wanted to lose now it's time to tone up. I'm 5'3 and 3/4 haha gotta add that lol 3/4 of an inch it sounds better, and I'm 128 pounds. I'm looking for woman like me or anyone that wants to offer advise

I'm April, mom to 3. I'm 5'2, 116 (losing last 6 from a recent bulk). I started lifting nearly 2 years ago. I'm just learning as I go. I've made some definite muscle gains in the last two years and learned some. Still a lot left to learn. Don't be afraid to get in there and start lifting. Watch Youtube videos and get the form down, then get in there and just start. 5X5 might be someplace you want to start if you're looking to gain strength pretty quickly.0 -
