Bums.. tums.. thighs

Hey guys I'm new at this and would appricate the help ☺ I go to a bums..tums.. thighs gym class every week and don't have a clue of how to put it in my diary for the day. I get to the excerise bit then I'm lost.. any help will be appricated ☺ feel free 2 add aswell x

All sorts really.. lunges.. squats.. leg raises and sit ups. Think that's everything0
