I noticed someone mention, "all the water weight is gone", is there a way to tell? how do you know when all the water weight from your body has left?

Majority of excess water weight is typically lost in the first week..for some may be the second week as well.

Our bodies are 50-75% water. Eliminating all your water weight is not possible.

What this person probably meant is that they put on some weight suddenly due to a high sodium meal or something like that and their weight returned to what it was before the meal.

It won't ever completely go away. Water weight fluctuates. It's part of being human.

All your water weight will never be gone. A significant amount of water is what makes up our bodies.
