Exercising and flat stomach

I have a question, I always eat 1500-2000 calories a day and exercise for 2-2.5 hours on a incline treadmill. Well, recently I changed my incline by 2 degrees higher, still stuck to my diet but my stomach feel bigger. Does changing a new workout program do this? If so, when will it go back down? I'm happy it's more toned but it sticks out than it normally does and it's kinda bothersome. Is this normal?

You may be bloated, or you may have lost inches elsewhere-giving the appearance that your stomach is larger. Did you take measurements recently?0

I went from 31 to 27-26 since I changed my diet in December but it hasn't changed. Up till recently, my stomach just feel bigger since I changed my incline.0

It's not bigger if it's not bigger. You know what I mean? You measured it and it's the same. It's in your head.0

It must be but my stomach feels and looks bigger. I just wasn't sure if a new workout does that (I did put on weight) or I'll continue to lose inches but have no idea. I also been eating a lot of broccoli and cereal all week and wasn't sure if that's the cause if it's bloating.0
