Best macros for my goal?

I'm 5'6 (almost 5'7) and I weigh 135 - I would like to be around 120. I have a medium frame (leaning towards the smaller size) and I'm a definite pear shape. I work out mostly to workout DVD's such as turbofire and Jillian Michaels - a lot of cardio mixed with short intervals of strength training.

I read somewhere that your macros can depend on "how fast an oxidizer" you are or something like that? I crave sweets/carbs and going low carb is something I CANNOT do or it leaves me desperate for food and tired.
