Anybody else lactose intolerant and have problems with protein bars? So far, Quest bars are the only ones that my stomach can handle.

I'm usually able to handle "ZONE" bars...and the Employees at GNC have been helpful in making suggestions. (severely lactose intolerant).

Vega makes vegan (therefore lactose free) bars. I also think that the A2O Fit Fuel bars are lactose free and the AMRAP Nutrition bars are lactose free.

What about those No Cow bars? I just assume they're dairy free because of the name.

I will try the vegan bars. Live in Canada and haven't seen A20 Fit fuel or Amrap brands

I tried those a whole ago and wasn't a fan. They taste like a super soft and really grainy quest bar. I wasn't a big fan of quest bars even when I did still eat then, though, so quest-lovers may like them more than I did.

I really like RX Bars. They use egg white protein and mix it with dates and other fruits and nuts. They taste like slightly firmer Larabars. Sweet and yummy and delicious! :p

Zone bars are soy protein. The no cow are brown rice. Sadly there isn't many other choices for protein bases. 22 bars are brown rice but not too bad. You can go with paleo meat sticks if anything

Clif Builder Bars are lactose-free -- they have 20 grams of protein per serving. I like the chocolate hazelnut the best.
