I've never reached out for help like this but I realize it's what I must do. I'm 5'2, need to lose at least 100 lbs, and I suffer from PCOS. I have a teenage daughter that also adds to my stress. I've been to the non-surgical doc and lost 60lbs last year. I then got some devistating news that broke my heart which lead me gain all the weight back.
I don't want to share a sob story I just want a little support on my worst of days. I'd obviously do the same for them.
