Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids, protein, high fibre foods as well as good fats.

Sweet cravings will vary...but they will lessen over time, hopefully the worse should be over within a couple of weeks.

There's not really "sugar withdrawal" -- but in any case you shouldn't typically be cutting all sugar, as there is a lot in fruit, vegetables, and some dairy. Plus, your body will be breaking down any carbs you eat.

Often what happens is someone cuts out soda and reacts to the absence of caffeine. For that you either wait it out or sub some other kind of caffeine (coffee/tea are easy options if you like them) and cut down more slowly.

In the alternative, if you have gone low carb, it's could be that you are going into ketosis and have what's known as the "low carb flu." If that's your intent, check out the low carb group, and they will have some advice.

Get an appointment with an endocrinologist. If you are actually having withdrawal, such that your body isn't balancing its own blood sugar properly, you need professional medical help. It generally takes a long time for a normal human to completely withdrawal from sugar because dying by starvation is a long process, and that is about the only way you'll get sugar out of your body.

Now, if you're craving sugar... why not eat a moderate amount of non-fiber carbohydrates? It could be something sugary or regular starch, they'll both wind up as sugar. so long as your calorie intake is still below your daily calorie requirements (and assuming you have those correctly estimated) you'll still lose weight, assuming that's your goal.
