Feeling discouraged - and despondent

I have been trying to lose weight for 3 weeks now.
The past 2 weeks - I have lost 1.4 kgs each week.
This week - nothing.
I'm on pills for endometriosis - and have had some breakthrough bleeding.
Could I be retaining water? or have I just lost nothing? Most people say that as soon as the bleeding starts they see a drop.
I am easily discouraged - a whole week of hard work could really amount to nothing lost?

One week with nothing doesn't matter. Weightloss takes time as is a long term thing. Women will fluctuate more with menstruation. Just keep plugging away.0

You have lost around 6lbs in 3 weeks. That is pretty much the limit for what would be healthy weight loss over that time. There is nothing to get upset about.0
