I'm 23 years old. I'm at my highest weight of about 170. (I don't have a scale yet, trying to put some money aside to buy one) This has been the roughest part of my life as far as my weight goes and I can never manage to build up any energy. My back is always killing me and I won't even lie, I'm always wanting to sleep. I have no idea how to begin this journey, how to workout, and how to develop healthy eating habits. I want to lose 30lbs but mainly just live a healthier lifestyle. Any advice on how to throw away this gross, lazy lifestyle and become a better me? Thank you in advance! ♡♡

Hi ..... Set yourself a reasonable target, don't be impatient, when you have a bad week / bad day.... don't be too hard on yourself ... I find if you understand what works well and what doesn't ... that'll help you make the right decisions. A workout can be as easy as 2 x 30 minute walks a day .... Online exercises can be found pretty easy... just experiment ....Another thing I did was to load in a typical (pre-diet) day's food ... that helped me realise what I was eating .... Hope this rambling helps0

Change your mindset
Say I will succeed positive thinking works don't put the thoughts I don't want to fail in your head0 -
Try different kinds of exercise until you find one that you enjoy! Once you enjoy working out, it becomes easier to find the motivation to do it.0
