just sayinh Hi, to all you others out there on a weight loss journey! This is the heaviest I've ever been and I'm really trying to re think my whole outlook on food :) just after any advice anyone might have!

    Try pushing fresh veggies and fruits, adding protein to each meal. Make sure you drink the correct amount of water each day. Cut out junk foods and sodas. Search for healthy recipes to try, helps a lot. Feel free to add me, I am around daily.
