I've been on MFP on and off for about four years, but never consistent. I decided to take my life back. Looking for similar minded friends, southwestern Pennsylvanians if any other there. I've been on a 24 day streak so I'm more than ready to stay on it! I'm a 30 year old mom who is trying to drop 50 some pounds. Feel free to add me!

Hello, I have been using My Fitness Pal since January 2014 along with the 5/2 Diet Plan. I have lost 24 pounds [slowly]. I have another 30 to go. Keep a positive attitude; eat what you want without regrets [or you will overeat]. Make time for exercise. I walk 1 1/2 miles daily. YOU WILL SUCCEED..0
