What's your workout plan this week?

I need new ideas! In gym/outside/at home- what are you planning to do this week to be fit?

Not much fun and excitement. Three weeks out from nationals means my weights are hard and heavy.

Some correctives and basic mobility work.

No cardio other than warm ups because I have none programmed in.

walk daily 2-3 miles on my lunch hour just for some movement as I have a desk job. I do SL 5x5 every other day in the evenings after I tuck my Littles in. :) I look forward to my evening work outs.

I do yoga Mondays, Pilates Tuesday and Thursday and have been adding in at least 3 cardio workouts in between. Walking outside, rowing or the elliptical at they gym. Friday I did a circuit class that had a ton of cardio in it, I was sore for 2 days but it was a good sore! Think I will do that again this Friday...

Monday: C25K at lunch, Stronglifts 5x5 after work
    Tuesday: volleyball
Wednesday: C25K at lunch, Stronglifts 5x5 after work
    Thursday: volleyball
    Friday: REST
Saturday: Stronglifts 5x5 in the a.m.
    Sunday: C25K

That's the plan anyway! Weather and health have to be right for all this to happen, specifically C25K as I run outside. :)

sometimes I do a 90-minute hot yoga class on Sundays but probably not this week.

Very quick 15-20 minute lifting sessions each morning at 5am before work, combined with walking a couple miles each day to/from my car to my office.

Man, you guys really get on it!! I can't believe some of you even pushing 7 days a week. I'm working with 4 days a week right now so I don't overdo it and do something crazy like quit.

Question- for the people who listed these exercises, what is 5x5 and Pole?

10,000 steps daily, walking, as measured by my fit bit zip, which I checked against time as being accurate.

5x5 is a lifting thing. and pole is pole dancing-which is extremely difficult.
