I love milk also. And I consider it a food, not a drink though... I buy skim milk so it has the least amount of calories possible and limit myself to 1 cup or less.0

thanks, its 80 cal n 8 grams of protien.
seems good.0 -
I use to buy vanilla whey protein powder, mix that up, and mix that with my cereal instead of milk.0

I just use Almond milk. I make up for the protein in other areas.0

You can use Fairlife milk and get more bang for your calories on protein.

You can mix it with milk for extra protein, and calories. I used to mix mine just with water for 110 calories and 25g of protein. I can't use whey protein shakes anymore though sadly. Something in it triggers my IBS.0 -

When I have cereal I just use regular milk and log the calories. It is about 70 calories for 1/2 cup of milk. I don't have cereal every day but when I do my cereal plus milk is not over 300 calories which I find acceptable for breakfast.0

okay cool. ty. c:0

What fat content milk do you use OP? I can't go all the way to skim but 1% is very reasonable calorie wise.0

Cereal doesn't keep me full for an hour. Since I don't eat cereal, the milk problem is solved.0
