healthy peanut butter fudge recipe!

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 cup coconut oil
stevia to taste!

mix it all together in a blender or food processor or with a whisk. i actually used chunky peanut butter so i used a blender. let chill for at least 30 mins! i swear your chocolate craving will be satisfied ;) i honestly have no idea what the nutrition facts are. but due to the peanut butter/coconut oil obviously it should be eaten in moderation!

PS- i ended up adding extra cocoa powder to mine because i felt like it wasnt chocolate-y enough! feel free to experiment and add more/less of what you like.

Peanut butter is fattening enough without all that oil added. I guess it depends on what you are looking for with your macros. I wouldn't enjoy that not with half a cup of coconut oil too.

    Peanut butter is "fattening?"

Nothing is fattening. Peanut butter is extremely healthy for you, as is coconut oil. You don't get "fat" from eating fat. you get fat from eating too many calories.

Why did you comment on the recipe if you don't want to try it?

This sounds yummy, I'll give it a try!

calorie dense is a better word. I just wouldn't want to be eating it in large quantaties mixes with coconut oil on top of that when tryin to lose weight. No need for so much fat unless it's the type of thing you are aiming for which is fine. Each to their own.. guess I just don't see it as a great option when counting calories. You go ahead. Eat it all up. Enjoy.

 No one is saying you have to eat a lot of it in one go. It wouldn't be hard to work out the nutritional values, and from there you just have enough to still fit into your macros.
Sounds like a nice recipe which as well as satisfying a craving for chocolate could be a quick and healthy way to get some healthy extra calories if I'm low for the day. More interesting than just spreading some PB on some bread.
