Hey everyone !

I stumbled upon this "MyFitnessPal" website by accident a few days ago and am very glad I did ! Today is my second day using it and I think it is absolutely awesome! The tools and navigation and food database makes it a breeze! As my title says "Your Health Is Your Wealth is so true!" My goal is to get my weight from 220 to 190 pounds.

I served honorably in the Marines many years ago and remember the great shape I was in. I was honorably discharged in top shape then and weighed 175 lbs. Amazing I was this weight. I am 6' 2" and My goal is to get down to 190. My waist is 44" and want to get it to about 36" - 38" All my excess weight is in my stomach only. I have set the goal of 2 pounds / week.
