Hello! My name is Taylor and I am on a weight loss journey. After the fourth child, the weight refused to melt off regardless of my expectations. I am also participating in the Best Body 52 Day Countdown. My goal is to eat more veggies, stay away from added sugar, and drink 64-100 ounces of water daily. Fitness has always been a big part of my life but it's taken me until now to realize that abs are made in the kitchen and kept by encouraging company!
