Hello everyone. My name is Liz. I'm starting my journey to loose weight and get healthy (again). I have an almost 3 -month-old little boy and a 10-year-old girl. This is my first time around breast-feeding and it has been a struggle pretty much since day one but I am determined to keep as long as we can.
