Is a serving size of saltines the 2 crackers that are stuck together (one sheet) or is it one of the 2 that are stuck together? I couldnt find the answer? TY in advance!

it should say the number of grams in each serving in the nutrition facts. so weigh the crackers and you'll have your answer!0

My box of saltines says 5 squares is one serving equivalent to about 70 cals.0
