Hey guys and gals! I'm a nontraditional medical school student after serving 13 years in the military. I had surgery approximately 8 years ago from a service connected injury. My strength dramatically decreased. So now I'm back to the grind and am up to repping 225lbs 10X and deadlifting 315lbs. I perform cardio in the mornings and lift weights in the evening.
