So I found that apparently this movie is triggering to some. But honestly it's not to me. Actually I love this movie more than anything. It really shows what it's really, truly like for anorexia to take over and how hard it is to fight it.

Hi there! Personally, I found the movie too risky in terms of triggering to watch in full, but I read some background and reviews and feel like I have a fairly good picture of it. Creating visibility for the true life and death battle that is anorexia is so important, and I value the screentime representative of people like myself. I only wonder, of course, if the movie's dramatization of disorder makes it look too much like a supernatural or otherworldly possession instead of the living reality, physically and mentally, for many people. Nothing feels more real than my disorder sometimes, but it's true that sometimes it does feel like a possession by something that isn't me.
