thai lime coriander rice &prawns

serves 2
250g pouch tilda basmati thai lime&rice
shredded leek
80g baby corns
frylight
220g cooked king prawns
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground ginger
30ml low fat creme fraiche/greek yogurt
fresh coriander

stirfry leek and baby corns until softened
add prawns spices and rice
stir fry for 2 to 3 mins
add chopped stalks and leaves of coriander for last minute
stir through creme fraiche until piping hot

fat per serving 7.8
