Yeah I'm trying to gain some healthy muscle weight you have to eat plenty of protein per kilogram of body weight is what Im doing or you could do 1 gram per pound and eat plenty of healthy high carbohydrate foods and and high fat foods like oat meal natural peanut butter fruit avocados extra virgin olive oil 4% cottage cheese 2% yogurt with live and active cultures almonds full fat cheese like cheddar lift heavy weight I found out this in a web article for somebody thats under weight that needs to gain healthy weight fast this should help I started off at 117.4 which was under weight BMI was 18.8 then after the last time that I did a weigh in I weighed 120.4went up 2 pounds trying to get to 130-136 pounds goal weight0
