Green bean and Rasberry Ketones

Okay, so to give a little background, I started losing weight last summer. I lost the first 15lbs on my own, over two- two and half months. During that time my friend was taking Green bean extract and raspberry ketones. Well I saw her drop a dramatic amount of weight in like 3-4 months, She lost 60lbs. Of course she dieted and exercised too but I was doing the same thing and wasn't losing nearly as much. So I did the same thing.
Progressively during that time I lost more weight too and had a tighter firmer tummy while I did. But I also had issues with hypoglycemia and especially sensitive during my monthly visitor. Which I don't know if the hypoglycemia has always been present or if it was a progressive side effect from the green bean/ supplements ect, but I decided about two months ago to stop taking them because I noticed slow muscle recovery after workouts if that makes sense and ti seems like I couldn't push as hard during workouts when it came to strength training.
So now my problem is that even though I'm a smaller size size 16- now size 11/12, my stomach sticks out like a huge disgusting blob. It's jelly belly and extra jiggly and gross and it makes me look pregnant. My legs are shaping up nicely but I seem flabbier now than I was at this size before. Everything is gross and I can't figure it out. I feel healthier but I look terrible. I can't wear anything that isn't baggy and i'm depressed and frustrated.
I'm trying to add fresh wild salmon back into my diet regularly but I need to figure out what to do about this problem. I stopped taking the supplements because I didn't want long term effects that were negative and I also didn't want to become dependent on weight loss supplements but it seems like I have no other choice but to go back on them.
I'm eating completely healthy. So diet is not the issue, in fact I'm eating even more healthy now than I was back then. I'm just so frustrated. I looked better as a size 14 with my stomach bigger than I do now with my stomach smaller because it was more toned. It seems despite my weight training and cardio, which is usually 15- 20 mins strength training and then 30 minutes cardio 3- 4 times a week, I can't get the tummy to budge.
I'm thinking of upping my cardio to 45 minutes in and of itself but I work 12 shifts at a mill, so I already do physical labor work. and with my heart condition it's hard to do any workouts past 45 minutes as it is. help...desperate...frustrated...

I wouldn't. Keep on your healthy diet. Is there a chance that the "flab" in front is just the extra skin from rapid weight loss?0
