Friends for motivation!

Hi, I'm new here and i would like to meet friend for support and motivation. My goal is to stay under 1200 calories and to build some muscle and lose weight. I tried a lot of times alone, but in the end, i always give up quickly. If you have some good exercises for stomach or legs, share it or good diet or advice. I'm here to listen. Tell me your experience:)
